Sacatec’s approach is based on three principles:
Quality
Quality is at the core of Sacatec Industrie’s approach and has been one its priorities since its creation. The company has always expanded on its efforts to improve the different manufacture and checking phases for its products: blends, dipping, gas impermeability, bending under loads...
It is thus that since 1980 it has undertaken the obtaining of quality military, railway then aeronautical certificates, at last ISO 9001 version 2000 certified since 2003.
Apart from the product quality guarantee offered to its clients, for Sacatec quality also means unit traceability, practised in certain markets one of which is the aeronautical industry, but also the quality of service, with an ever improving service rate.
Client satisfaction is also measured by the number of maximal quality ratings that Sacatec reçeives.
Finally, quality is also synonymous with continuous improvement and practiced within the company in all production stages as well as design and support services. It is this that allows Sacatec to progressively improve its competitive position on different markets.
Service
Listening to the clients and a desire to serve them is another one of Sacatec’s mainstays. This capacity enables it to offer a personalised relationship to each one of its clients.
This has contributed to the establishment of long term trusting relations with them in different sectors to perfect different types of parts or services.
Sacatec’s strength also resides in its capacity to meet a client’s needs and technical challenges with its several decades of research and expertise. It is for this reason that the company’s reasoning includes an in depth dialogue and listening phase so as to devise the best possible feedback. It is also for this reason that Sacatec’s innovation and originality of the solutions allows them to win highly technical bids by proposing new solutions which sometimes constitute sensitive improvements to the programme developed by its clients.
Sacatec has made a total investment in a service approach to benefit its clients, starting from the design of a part to its delivery passing through the entire manufacturing process, helped by the definition of needs, flexibility as regards extra needs, adaptability to demand and relations durability. All Sacatec management and departments wishes to offer each client an optimal quality service, as much by bringing them the best added value possible as maintaining and expanding Sacatec’s reputation in the segments of activity with growing demand.
Moreover, service durability is also assisted by the financial sturdiness of the company which has always been profit making since its creation, and which re-invests more than half of its profits each year.
Innovation
Finally, apart from quality and service, Sacatec has a desire to be always top of the range as regards technological aspects. This is expressed in its continual production and design improvement processes which are the driving force or with the technological advances that some clients demand of the company. But beyond these, Sacatec has developed its own innovation and research activities.
The company is first of all active in the field of rubber design. This allows it to attain the performance relinquished by its colleagues and to capitalise on a long list of special blend designs for high performance mechanical or chemical parts.
But this innovation also touches on non-rubber products manufacture, tools or integration processes in composite parts.
